THE #HERETOO HUNCH . . .

Our method, Moment Work, begins with a “hunch.” #HereToo’s hunch is: “What is up with America and its 2nd Amendment crisis? Will the NRA finally be challenged by the young activists who are taking control of the gun violence epidemic? Fed up with inaction, they march for their lives and organize. At the center of this movement: high school students. Marches are attended by hundreds of thousands, celebrities fill their organizations’ coffers; they regain control of their narrative through social media. How did we get to this “lightning rod” moment? How is this generation different than the generations before? Will this wave of activism, led by intersectionally-minded young people, result in real legislative gun control measures?
